Support classes and base implementation for any TestEngine that wishes to organize test suites hierarchically based on the Node abstraction.

DefaultParallelExecutionConfigurationStrategy	Default implementations of configuration strategies for parallel test execution.
EngineExecutionContext	Marker interface for an execution context used by a concrete implementation of HierarchicalTestEngine and its collaborators.
ExclusiveResource	An exclusive resource identified by a key with a lock mode that is used to synchronize access to shared resources when executing nodes in parallel.
ExclusiveResource.LockMode	LockMode translates to the respective ReadWriteLock locks.
ForkJoinPoolHierarchicalTestExecutorService	A ForkJoinPool-based executor service that executes test tasks with the configured parallelism.
